Vita Nova Engineering was founded by Mario Blazevski — aerospace engineer, FIA licence holder, published researcher, and the person who built North Macedonia's first internationally competitive aerospace programmes from zero.
Mario Blazevski is an Aerospace Engineering student at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology (Semester 4/7) — with a track record of operational experience that most engineers accumulate over careers, not student years.
He has served as an Aviation Accident Investigator intern at the national Civil Aviation Accident & Incident Investigation Committee — conducting ICAO Annex 13 root-cause analyses and co-authoring safety recommendations submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency. In parallel, he worked as a Helicopter Safety Operations Engineer at the Helicopter Unit of the Ministry of Interior Affairs, ensuring ICAO/EASA airworthiness compliance for the national rotary-wing fleet, architecting SMS implementation plans, and coordinating flight crews, AMOs, and the Civil Aviation Authority.
He holds dual FIA International Technical Sporting Licences (EQF Level 8), an FIA Steward Licence (EQF Level 5), and a civil A1/A3 Drone Pilot Licence. As President of the Technical Commission at the Automobile Federation of North Macedonia (AMSM / FIA Member), he chairs the national body governing vehicle safety standards and motorsport compliance across all FIA-sanctioned events.
Mario founded AerTh Racing — North Macedonia's first internationally competing aerospace and motorsport team — and took it to the F1 in Schools World Finals twice (London 2022, Singapore 2023). He then launched the country's inaugural Formula Student programme at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius, and established North Macedonia's first university rocketry team.
He is a published researcher in computational aerodynamics and holds multiple national and international academic honours including 1st place at the 42nd International Young Physicist Tournament, six consecutive wins at the International Mathematical Kangaroo, and an EIT Food competitive grant for his Agri-Phly UAV precision agriculture project.

Mario's work pioneering aerospace engineering education and competition in North Macedonia has been recognised at the highest levels of government. His programmes — AerTh Racing, Formula Student Macedonia, and the national rocketry team — have received direct recognition from the President of North Macedonia.
Coverage has appeared across the Ministry of Education, Radio MOF, Slobodna Evropa, and Nezavisen Vesnik (2022–2024), establishing Vita Nova Engineering as the leading voice in Macedonian aerospace and technical development.
This was earned by building institutions where none existed — with no precedent, no existing infrastructure, and no support — and delivering results that competed on a global stage.
The technical stack across simulation, design, embedded systems, and aviation regulatory domains.
Whether you need simulation work, regulatory guidance, or a full programme built from zero — we've done it before and we can do it for you.
